Why do I have to enter my shipping information at checkout if the item is not being shipped to me? 

At this time our system requires the customer to enter shipping information to proceed with checkout, even if the product is not being shipped to an outside location.  The product will not be shipped to your house.  It will either be held for pick up or delivered to a patient depending on the option you indicated at check out.

 

I want my gift to be delivered to a patient.  Where do I put this information?

It is not necessary to include the patient's name during check out.  Once you have finished the transaction you may call Playaway Gift Shop at (501)381-5844.  At that time we will gather the following information: Patient's name, Patient's room number*, and greeting card message.  

*We are able to obtain the patient's room number if you do not have this information.

 

When will my gift be delivered to the patient?

If your order is placed on Monday-Friday before 2pm (CT), your order will be eligible for same day delivery. 

If your order is placed on Monday-Thursday after 2pm (CT), your order will be delivered the next day.

If your order is placed on Friday after 2pm (CT) or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be delivered on Monday.

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive an e-mail updating your Order Status to Complete.  

 

I am an employee and placed an order for pick up in the gift shop.  How do I know when my item is ready?

If your order is placed on Monday-Friday before 2pm (CT), your order will be eligible for same day pick up. 

If your order is placed on Monday-Thursday after 2pm (CT), your order will be ready for pick up the next day.

If your order is placed on Friday after 2pm (CT) or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be ready for pick up on Monday.

Once your order has been pulled and is ready for pickup, you will receive an e-mail updating your Order Status to Complete.

 

I am an employee and would like my items sent to me via Interoffice Mail.  Is this possible?

Yes, we will be happy to send you your items via interoffice mail.  During checkout, please indicate that you would like to "Use Interoffice Mail" and include your slot number in the comments section.

 

I am not an employee but would still like to order an item.  Can it be shipped to me? How do I receive the product?

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate shipping to outside locations at this time.  However, if you are local you may still pick up your order curbside.  Pick up will be available on Fridays from 9-11am.  During checkout, please indicate that you would like to "Pick up Curbside" in the comment section.
