SHIPPING:
Playaway Gift Shop offers free delivery within the Hospital and on the ACH campus during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 7 am to 4:30 pm. All orders placed by 2:00 pm CST will be delivered by end of business day through interoffice mail or hand delivery. We are unable to ship merchandise to outside locations at this time. In store pickup is available on purchases at end of business day at Playaway Gift Shop for Patients and Families/Team members. Orders will be held for 7 business day. After 7 business days, orders will be cancelled and a full return will be processed back to the original form of payment.
When you check out you will notice that you are required to enter your shipping address, don't worry, your item will not be shipped to you. It will be available for pickup at Playaway Gift Shop or delivered to the Patients and Families/Team Members depending on the option you chose.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Due to Covid 19, items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a question about your merchandise or it is damaged, you can email Playaway@archildrens.org, Monday – Friday and a team member will reply within 3 business days.
An order may be cancelled if it has not shipped. Please email Playaway@archildrens.org with order number and full name to start the cancellation process. An email will be sent within 7 business days to confirm the cancelation. If an email is not received, check your junk/spam folder or contact Playaway@archildrens.org.
